GCNM’s governance model links strategic direction with practical implementation. The National Executives provide leadership and representation, while the Secretariat handles administration, coordination, programme support and follow-up with members and partners.

Leadership and accountability
GCNM is led through its national governance structures and National Secretariat. The Secretariat supports administration, coalition coordination, membership services, programme delivery, finance, monitoring and evaluation, communications and engagement with national and development partners.
The current Secretariat, National Executives and outgone national leadership are published in the Governance directory. The live website importer can refresh names, titles and official photographs from the coalition’s existing public website, while authorised administrators can maintain the records in the new platform.
